In job selection, you are being paid and also you work for others. Though there some careers that are develop and build through  job. Some people build their career from their existing job. For instance some consultancy outfits we have were as a result of people former experience in where they worked before. While others might be as a result of deep passion or desire that is borne out of “thought”. What I’m saying in essence is that you can build your career through your existing Job. You can start thinking of establishing your audit firm, where you can be an employer of labour. Just think of something you can do from your existing Job in order to earn a living.

 

There are other careers that must not necessarily be from your existing Job. We have people that have taken football and other forms of sport as career. Others are into Music, Acting, Writing, Fine Arts etc. These forms of career basically call for one’s talent(s) or potentials. Others could come as a result of you read in school.
